Fixed defensive bursts not applying animations correctly

Prevent Parry/block while frozen. Able to parry and block when you are unfrozen

Fixed air normals not hitting overhead

Allowed ALL normals from every character to exit recovery when visually done with the attack

Removed free Knuckles dig loop
